MAYSH KIDS classes are 30 minute classes designed specifically for kids to train Fitness, Self-defense and Yoga.  Classes teach kids the value of teamwork, build confidence through developing self-defense and physical fitness skills, and give kids the freedom to be creative as they have fun with each portion of the class. IDEAL AGES for MAYSH KIDS classes are between 5 and 12 years old.

KIDS Self-defense classes are longer classes that focus on the technique of self defense both on the feet and on the ground.  Martial Arts trained are Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, Taekwondo (TKD), Boxing and Wrestling.  Our training environment is not for competition but rather for the fun of self defense and for the confidence that comes along with the knowledge.
IDEAL AGES for KIDS Self-defense classes are between 7 and 12 years old.

MAYSH KIDS obstacle course presents kids with Stations designed to focus their energy, at the same time allowing them the freedom to be creative so they learn there are more ways than one to overcome an obstacle.

Self-defense is trained in both MAYSH KIDS classes and KIDS Self-defense classes. Self-defense is trained at a level appropriate for their ages. 
No belts, no Gis or karate-style uniforms are worn during class, to simulate self-defense realistic to every day life.

What should kids wear to class?

Ideal workout attire includes comfortable workout pants and long sleeve shirt. Shorts and t-shirt are also okay. NO zippers, buttons or other hard materials.
