About MAYSH Founder
As a lifetime martial artist and fitness fanatic, my philosophy of fitness is to be well-rounded across many disciplines rather than master one single area. Not everyone has the time or the resources to exercise at a gym, train at a yoga studio and train self-defense. With that in mind, I created MAYSH Fitness to combine all of those elements into one fun, effective, and time-friendly interval fitness format.

At MAYSH Fitness you get an incredible workout while at the same time you learn valuable self-defense and mobility skills. MAYSH carefully designs innovative workout programs using Martial Arts, Yoga, Self-defense and HIIT techniques in an interval training, group class setting.
Accommodating ALL skill levels...group classes are designed to challenge each individual member to train at his or her own pace.
MAYSH trains realistic Martial Arts techniques from multiple disciplines including Striking (Tae Kwon Do <aka Taekwondo and TKD>, Muay Thai, Boxing) and Grappling (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu <aka BJJ>, Wrestling).
Yoga is woven into every MAYSH Fit class to promote flexibility, balance, pain relief, mindfulness and healthy breathing.
Every MAYSH Fit class trains self-defense techniques.
MAYSH Self-defense Classes for adults and for kids age 7 to 12, focus on deepening our martial arts and self-defense skills, on the feet and the ground.
MAYSH interval training blends all the elements of an intense, yet SAFE, workout by adding strength training, speed, cardio and technique into its core fitness classes.
